Rasberry Pi graphics performance

Apparently, the Rasberry Pi will have twice the graphics performance of the iPhone 4s. Sounds good to me; here it is running Quake 3. Although I’m not entirely sure that we’re comparing Apples to…Apples here – since the Pi runs from mains power, and the iPhone has to worry about battery life, the Pi has a little bit of an advantage in this area. Still, it makes a change from the 500w performance graphics cards in modern desktops.

Can’t wait to start programming some games for it. Could make an affordable little indie console, this…
